Why we charge on the visit, not on the sale

Money taken for a visit that has not happened yet is money that has to be ready to be refunded. So a period’s statement counts redeemed vouchers, not sales.

What a clinic gets

• Its own console — the queue, a calendar, branches, packages, prices, and redemption at the counter.
• A statement each period, itemised down to the vouchers it was computed from.
• Reviews only from people who actually attended, and the right to reply to every one.
• A findable page of its own, with branches, opening hours and contact details.

What we ask in return

• A licence we can check.
• The published price is the price charged — nothing added on the day.
• Appointment requests answered within the time we agree.
• Every visit redeemed in the system when it happens.

Getting started

Apply online with the provider’s name, address and licence number. The team reviews it within three working days; once approved, add branches and packages yourself from the clinic console.
