Does the price include the doctor’s fee?
Yes. HealthJai prices are final prices confirmed by the clinic; charging extra on the day breaches our partner terms, so tell support straight away.
Do I need a consultation first?
Every aesthetic package on HealthJai includes an assessment by the doctor at the same visit, before anything is done. If the doctor decides it is not suitable — inflamed skin, pregnancy — nothing is done and you are refunded in full.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule from your account at least 24 hours ahead. Cancel and claim a refund within the terms on the cancellation policy page. A multi-session programme already started is refunded for the sessions not yet used.
