Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Glucose and lipid tests need an 8–10 hour fast; plain water is fine. Other tests do not, and every package page says so.
How are results sent?
By email, to the address on your HealthJai account, within the time the package page states — usually 24 hours to three working days — as a PDF with a reference range beside every value.
Does a doctor explain the results?
Most lab packages do not — that is why they cost less. Clinic and hospital packages usually include an explanation; the package page says so under “What the package covers”. Any value outside its reference range is worth taking to a doctor.
