Frequently asked

Do I need an appointment for a vaccination?

Packages marked “no booking needed” are walk-in: give your SV- voucher number at the counter during opening hours. Packages that need a reserved slot say so on the package page.

How do I book the next dose?

Buy the same package again when the dose is due — the next dose costs the same as the first. The clinic notes the due date in your vaccination record, and you pick a day in that window from the same clinic’s calendar.

Is there anything to be careful about beforehand?

Postpone if you have a fever on the day. Tell the nurse if you are pregnant, allergic to any medicine, or have reacted to a vaccine before. Stay 15–30 minutes afterwards to be watched. No fasting is needed.
